      Pros

      Benefits package is comparable to other companies. Decent pto, retirement benefits.

      Cons

      This company’s leadership is horrendous. They do not value their team members physical or mental health. Their policies change so fast, you’re still reading the previous, now outdated policy when the revised version is published. They do not listen to team member feedback. They value quantity over quality, forcing providers to treat patients as numbers and not people.

      There are Good benefits at the organization.

      Cons

      Salary isn’t great and it is not streamlined. Someone with an equivalent job to me makes 10 G less a year.It’s a political environment with no growth opportunities unless you are a favorite. People stopped showing compassion and it’s more about business than providing care.

      There is not much micromanaging

      Cons

      too many politics and favoritism. They moved all the way to Edison and did not provide the option to work remote full time. Even though everyone has ben working remote fulltime or over a year.
