      Room to grow when you're already employed and you plan to advance your career

      Cons

      Terrible pay for amount of hard work you do, management doesn't take in considerations, staffing appropriately, Drs and other staff see you as way smaller, no incentives for over time

      Nice workers and great location.

      Cons

      They float you even if you are not in a float pool. The new health insurance is horrible and managers really don't care because there are people out there looking for jobd.

      The coffee shop in front lobby is great.

      Cons

      Where to start? Nurses are just part of a herd that no one really cares about. They keep giving us more and more work. Our nurse patient ratio is embarrassing. They criticize us and micromanage us. Yet they don’t do ANYTHING to help. The managers are so far out of the loop they don’t understand. The ER needs to hire its own staff instead of bringing nurses to tears when they are pulled there. The “charge nurses” are ineffective and bullies.
