      Pros

      Benefits were above average for New Jersey.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, poor training, rampant favoritism. Additionally, the new HR was a joke. The original Meridian Health had an excellent HR department.

      Great health benefits, 36 hour work week, great education option and reimbursement

      Cons

      Cliquey behavior from long-time employees who are not open to having new team members be an included. Very strict parking rules for employees. often time you do not get respect from other employees due to your title.

      *Lots of OT if you want it *Variety of Cases to learn and gain experience if you want to leave to be a traveler or market yourself somewhere else *Not the worst pay if you are a new grad starting out, some other places might rip you off more

      Cons

      *Management sucks *lack of schedule flexibility, no 3 12s available *Insane case loads in combination with being consistently short staffed due to poor management, and not paying people what they are worth *Need more competitive pay and better schedule and more staffing
