      Tough place to work - significant number of employee turnovers

      Work with really nice people - not management

      Cons

      Management is not equipped to manage and support the staff under them; they are doctors without understanding of good management skills and how to keep staff. Overworked and expected to work up to 60 hours per week. Management staff (Dean, etc) are not trained in management skills and how to keep staff.

      Hard to get toxic team member out of positions if it isn’t a good fit. Work load can be overwhelming.
