      I throughly enjoy working for HMH in PAC. I have a great team and supportive supervisors. The pay is great and the benefits are incredible, PTO is very generous. I get to work from home most of the time and go into the office twice a month.

      Cons

      I don't have many cons other than you do have to be a people person and good with your customer service skills to excel at this job. And this is not a job where you can slack off, it is busy and a lot of calls.

      Pay is decent compared to other facilities. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Understaffed - RN, PCT, Hospitalists. Usually a mess. Unsafe practices- leaving the floor with 5 patients in the care of another nurse who has 5 to pick up your 6th from the ED. Through put means more that safety. No one seems to listen. Numbers game unfortunately.
