Pros

As the title goes, HackerEarth thrives on its culture. It's the biggest differentiator that makes or breaks things for employees. While there is no recipe to what companies do but HackerEarth seems to have gotten the culture brew almost right. * People are generally pretty driven which promotes meritocracy in the organization. * You can easily find people who'd be championing some core value in their right. * Feedback is largely constructive and pretty open which comes at a cost but well worth it. * Management has their ears on the ground and are mostly listening with right intentions. * Customer > Team > Self is pretty ingrained and makes decision making swift. If organizations can run like this and prevent dilution of values, the culture freezes into character which stays for good.

Cons

HackerEarth has been around for sometime trying to solve problems for developer community and assessments space. For the amount of time spent, growth hasn't found its animal spirits yet. That needs to solved asap.
