7yHi, thanks for taking the time to write this review & I'm really sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience working in the marketing team. We've worked so hard to create a company where people are valued and feel empowered to succeed and grow. It's unfortunate that our efforts did not meeting your expectations. On some of the concerns raised, yes we do agree team bonding is imperative to have within/across all teams and I think a significant amount of progress has been made on that front. On having language barriers, we'll take it up and fix it. We have time and again, asked the team to share their feedback and ensure there is open dialogue , ideas shared are always taken into considered and the right forum is provided for all to share their ideas as well. We have a strong marketing team who work relentlessly and do believe in growing together as a team. Our big ambitious goals laid out for the next few years, we admit that sometimes it can become too focused on execution of those goals. Having said that, we are thankful you took the time to share your opinion here so that we can reflect on it and think about ways we can make HackerEarth a great place to work in.
