Pros

- You get to learn a lot. - A lot of responsibility on you, which helps in building leadership skills and soft skills. - Culture is really good. You can talk freely with team members, they will help you and guide you. HR is also really proactive in taking initiatives to benefit employees. - Attention to mental health is a real good pro.

Cons

- A lot of work on Program Managers, but they get paid peanuts. - Tax is cut from interns' salaries.
