The list of pros are endless. - Each and every feedback is looked at and acted upon by the leadership team because everyone is willing to listen, learn and grow - People here are smart, humble and hard working - you will be surprised how approachable and supportive everyone is - Infectious company culture where you look forward to working everyday -Transparency the company provides to all its employees with all that goes on at the highest level of the organisation. - Work hard but have fun while you're doing it in a truly supportive/fast paced environment that encourages and promotes career opportunities - HackerEarth's culture is second to none - Management structure is very open , feel free to be yourself - Incredibly diverse
