Family owned must deal with the family. Some are great ... some need a little work.. Long hours

Sorry, can't think of a single one. If I could give these company zero stars, I would.

Cons

Culture is horrilbe. Arrogant, cheap management who feel they are better than anyone else.. Employees treated like cattle and worked into the ground for low wages. How Haddad hides this from the companies they represent is an intriguing issue. Do not, under any circumstances, consider working there as you will regret it.

Pros

I started here over 10+ years ago as an entry level salesperson and was able to work my way up to Vice President of Sales. The company is great at promoting from within. Even though I had worked elsewhere prior to joining Haddad I learned so much more here than I did at any other company. The owners are very hands on and are always accessible. They never ask anyone to do anything that they would not do themselves.

Cons

The only people that would find cons with Haddad Brands would be those that don't want to work so hard. Company is extremely busy (which is a great thing) so there is always a lot that needs to get done.
