I started out entry level sales coordinator position, and throughout the past 4 years have grown within the sales department leaps and bounds. Haddad provides a culture for learning and professional training...building each employees skills with the guidence of management and their own individual motivation. The culture is supportive while at the same time gives you the freedom to use entrepreneurial drive to learn and grow. Promotion is given when one deserves...Haddad does not spoon feed development, but rather supports and trains for the development of everyone.
