Commission based, and relatively easy to make a good wage if you are willing to put the work in. You get a set schedule that does not fluctuate

Cons

Hard to get time off, many times of the year you are not even allowed to ask for off. You are encouraging to badger customers trying to upsell products and unnecessary services. Virtually no training for new/ existing stylists. "Level based" just means how much you sell in products and services it is not based on actual skill or experience as a stylist.
