While it is important for us to empower our Salon Leaders, it is not okay for them to "walk all over" anyone. We strive to instill in each of our leaders a servant heart along with the tools to lead with love. Scheduling in a retail environment can be tricky, giving your leader as much time as possible increases the likelihood that everyone can take off per their request and insure that we are still able to continue to service our guest by making sure that we are adequately staffed.
