Pros

I work with a group of wonderful girls. We all enjoy working together. As far as Haircuttery is concerned, I like the many people that walk in.

Cons

I greatly dislike the 12 foil rule for a partial foil. Every head of hair is different, so 12 foils as opposed to actual parts of the head is ridiculous. It's like saying you can only use 12 perm rods, it just doesn't work. The other con, is making us issue these client cards, and not really having any perks with them. Getting a coupon for product just doesn't really appeal to have of the men and children we do. Maybe having every 10 haircut discounted.

Cons

Due to the nature of our business, it is necessary to work some evenings and a fair amount of weekends.
