Busy location and good to help build clientele

Cons

Management can be lacking in guidance and the prices are lower so if you want to try to move on afterwards you want to try to be a super high level stylist before leaving so your prices can support an actual living wage

Nothing it’s a joke! Makes the manager do everything while the assistant salon leader does nothing and barely comes to work.

Cons

It’s disgusting in the salon, they don’t have a cleaning company and expected stylists to do a shop job, That was a joke! No one did anything and left while the manager stayed and did everything

Hair Cuttery was a fun, upbeat place to work at in 2021 with flexible scheduling and fair compensation.

Cons

I recently attempted to come back to HC as a Hair Stylist. I was upfront with the recruiter and let her know I worked a full time job and could only work weekends before the interview. Still had me schedule only to stop midway through the interview because they require mandatory trainings and since I had a day job and couldn't attend the trainings, they would not hire me.
