Flexible hours Fast payment Very chill and relaxed work environment Bosses that actually listen and take care of business Extra training to perfect your craft

Cons

Only con is finding coverage. For when days when weather is bad out and we know we are going to be slow and still strict on coming in when there’s already a ton of people at work

Working for HMX is one of the most rewarding salon jobs I've had. This is not some faceless corporation where your success is based on volume not quality. If you enjoy connecting with your customers and making them feel just as good as they look, Hair Mechanix is for you.

Cons

You'll make so much money you'll find it hard to take a day off
