Finally a mens hair shop that lets me, wants me to make money. 60% is easy if your good at what you do, and the average haircut is about $25. So one cut pays me $15!! Love it!! Thats as much as most shops charge for a haircut. They don't demand you cut hair in 15 minutes or less, but they demand zero complaints. There is an on time bonus which works for me.

Cons

Open 7 days a week but at least if you work a Sunday they close at 3 and we get all holidays off.
