Be available for them and they will be available for you. Sometimes you have to figure things out yourself, but it builds your experience and can help you grow here. Lot of knowledge from all sides of Construction to gain.

Cons

Hard times are hard but the good times are really good. Stressful sometimes but where isn’t so just push through it.
