Health insurance options, family friendly, accommodating, great pay, friendly employees, occasional company freebies, always something to do, amazing tech support, diversity, safety oriented. This company for the past 6 months has treated me as well as I could hope, I get along along well with my superiors and fellow employees, vendors and clients. I have plenty of work to do that keeps my days full and make the days go by fast. This company is big on safety and focuses on getting you home to your family in one piece. If you admire a challenge in a fast-paced and ever-growing environment, then this place is for you. We do company carne asadas every month which is nice, Leo can grill a mean slab of meat! Ops management is on top of things and always has a solution or will point you in the direction to find it. In a nutshell, I am happy here, I enjoy what I do, I love who I work with and i'm well compensated for those things.
Cons
Above average work loads, morale inconsistent, equipment & storage yard support needs work. It takes thick skin and a strong work ethic to last around here; Goofing off, not fulfilling your basic job description and screwing off too many times will land you at the EDD website in no time flat. Managment direction can seem cut & dry at times.
