There's a very high turnover rate because the current CEO is very hard to work with.

Pros

The pay and benefits are decent and other employees are great to work with.

Cons

Lack of project management due to under staffed company makes every day full of emergencies and last minute fixes. Very stressful work environment. The CEO micro manages every cent that passes through and holds back production. In the last year he has drove away almost all employees.

Don’t apply here get out.... some good employees the upper management sucks. Personal experience move to another company. Upper management - don’t trust them

Cons

High Turn over, PEs very green, no training , High Turn Over. Upper management ( ie. President, CASouth Operations, and CEO) bad management. They don’t care about there employees.
