Biases are made to handpicked employees. They are not a modern employer by any means- lack of support and respect for remote flexibility and zero support to promote within your role. Do not go here if you are looking for a career or even a job. An entirely toxic environment that will cause you stress with a lack of respect from your leadership. Their motto is “with humanity” and they certainly do not live up to it with how they treat individual employees.

I worked at Pfizer/GSK/Haleon for many years, just about every year they hired dozens and let go of dozens. Really negatively impacted families that they brought in from out of state or out of the country to work, just to be let go. They care a lot about their products, but not their employees.
