Since opening the bar/inside seating back up, there is great opportunity to maximize profits. Fun environment to work - less corporate feel.

Cons

Generally unorganized. Always missing items for drinks or food. Employee concerns are typically ignored. For a place that hires applicants without industry experience, the employee training is subpar.
