      On-Call, Low Pay, Unappreciated by Company

      Pros

      •On-Call, you aren't required to take trips •If your driving skills are safe and you enjoy being on the road when you want to, it's an okay job

      Cons

      •Low pay •The company doesn't appreciate its employees, often only offering raises when the union threatens to strike •Management is disorganized •On-Call for driving position, and on some days, there are no hours!

      Pros

      Destinations are often scenic and remote. Vehicles are well maintained and comfortable. Passenger conversations are often entertaining. Mobile phone app for tracking your trip events is user friendly

      Cons

      Hourly wages aren't keeping up with the cost of living. Drivers aren't paid while they are on-call. Employee availability expectations are unrealistic. Employee retention is a problem for the obvious reasons listed above.
