Pros
Flexibility in scheduling is great. You can work as much as you want and you get what you put in. I enjoy driving so it works great for me. Frustrating at times waiting for trips but they eventually come.
Cons
Being available and not getting a trip for a few hours. Waiting part sucks but once you start getting calls and always answer your phone, dispatch will remember you're dependable and try to keep you moving.
