      No set schedule, on call, any call can turn into 12 hours.

      They let unions good pay for city's and good if you have low mobility

      Cons

      They WILL over work you and tell you it's your fault. If your on the road board the site supervisor expects you to take a run even if it will run long past your time even if you have told her you can't. Management has proven time and time again they do not respect the time and energy of their employees.
