      Not worth it at all

      Pros

      It's a paycheck. It's better than nothing. It's not physically demanding.

      Cons

      This job makes it difficult to make plans to spend time with family, set appointments, etc. Expect to be woken up at all hours of the night. Pay structure is too complex. Once you figure it out, you will realize it's close to minimum wage and just not worth it. Also, you lose any pay bonuses if you set your drive camera off.

      Pros

      A couple of the administrative employees, such as Bernie, are great people to work with.

      Cons

      Dispatch and administration (salaried employees) are worlds apart and have completely different guidelines for their employees. Dispatch appears to support and accept gays while salaried employees appear to be in some type of homophobic click. Everyone is looking for someone to blame. Forget about training from ANYONE and especially do NOT look to HR to meet any of your employment needs!

      Low pay, low morale, no opportunities for skilled employees, expect a lot out of employees without a corresponding salary.
