If upper management gets their large vendors like Google or Meta to yell at them, at least they are willing to listen to them.

Cons

The company is so transportation heavy, that it fails to realize that there are other arms of operations that are not just about buses. They purposely keep wages low, which keeps morale low

Driving, seeing New places and getting to know people

Cons

No pay, or low pay, company has a lot of favoritism..... Management lacks communication and will only watch out for them..... No rest time. And management will call you on your days off to come in to work and when you say no you will be written up.
