      Pros

      I like the night shift, it gives me more time with my family Manager is well organized and has respect for the staff Full time pay even if you work the short shift on the weekend is awesome

      Cons

      Dirty dirty work Tight timelines sometimes Exposed to used needles (it’s public transit and these are often found) Lead hand is unfair, lazy and seems to only care about himself

      Friendly work environment, very relaxing, positive Management team. Pay is very reasonable. Safety is paramount.

      The pros of being a dispatcher for hallcon is the experience you will gain. Also learning the map of the US and Canada.

      Cons

      The really long hours you have to work. Also some of the staff members are not nice. But over time it will get better
