Good Salary: annual bonus ,transport allowance,child schooling etc Training: get an opportunity to travel abroad quite easily Diversification :people from almost 28 nationalities are working there. Office Location

Cons

No Work Life Balance: There is flexibility in coming to office but you dont know by when you will reach back home. not Qualified managers bureaucracy

The leadership is worst Very biased leadership cold be found in this orgamization Freedom of speech to employee is missing Thirdly the affected people during down time are not provided the proper compensation which is very painful

Pros

An extremely dynamic environment, advanced technologies and very competent people. It is a global company so it is easy to connect with colleagues form around the world to share best practices and find solutions.

Cons

As with any company in the Service industry, Halliburton reacts very quickly to changes in the market: if there is a downturn, there will be cost cutting and lay offs. However, this may be used to an advantage by remaining employees as they will have move opportunities to gain valuable experience and progress faster in their careers (should I have placed this in the Pros?...).
