Pros

The training programme for Field Engineers is well developed (You enter the field after training with a better understanding of the oilfield that you would do in Schlumberger). Multinational team and a fairly relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Management and field employees had a lack of knowledge and empathy towards Service Quality & Health and Safety. Very inexperienced chain of command with a lack of backbone for responsibility. The company is very reactive instead of proactive on seeking contracts / work etc. The pay was considerably low compared to other service companies in the industry (SLB/ Weatherford / BH).
