Pros

Past-paced environment. Challenging and exciting work. Exciting and evolving industry. Entrepreneurial - a company that is growing at a swift pace. Ability to make an immediate and significant impact. Highly gifted and talented staff - I feel lucky to work with so many amazingly brilliant individuals every day.

Cons

Expected to work long hours - and consistently give 200%. (But the work and people are really rewarding)

Excellent compensation, good opportunities for learning and being involved in moving the company forward. You get the opportunity to work with some very knowledgeable people.

Cons

Sometimes have to work long hours depending on what department you are in.

Not for the person who desires a typical 9-5 clock in/clock out environment Could be a challenging environment for those who do not think outside the box or do not desire a growth minded workplace
