      Management tries hard Growing organization Good people involved on all levels

      The pay was terrible for the positions I needed to hire for: finding good employees was nearly impossible Senior management made numerous mistakes with how they handled the contract I was on (maybe this is a more widespread issue than just my contract. IDK) A young company without much experience in the sector

      Pros

      Really good company. Very supportive and caring leadership. They do invest time to know you and your interests. Even though the company has been growing, culture is not impacted. For example, we were having team lunch and it was really nice to have the President surprise us and appreciate our work. All round very good and talented people.
