      Pros

      Management is excellent. Really good folks. Approachable and willing to spend time and engage you on different opportunities. You need to express interest and there are lots of ways to grow in this company. This is my 4th firm in 21 year career and by far the best.

      You need to put concerted effort to stay close to the corporate.
