      Pros

      Company has a wide array of contracts and focuses on emerging technologies. Very good benefits and an excellent 401k match. Provides a lot of job freedom and opportunities to grow. CEO and Senior Leadership are genuinely caring and concerned about the best interests of the employees.

      Cons

      Not enough employee engagement, need to strengthen communication processes and HR to keep up with company growth.

      Company made key changes that has been instrumental in cultivating very positive atmosphere. Better communication, defined path for growth, and genuine desire to enable everyone succeed both personally and at a team level.

      Company is growing rapidly. Infrastructure needs to commensurate growth.
