      Pros

      Out of everywhere I've worked, Hamilton by far has had the friendliest co-workers (spanning a wide range of departments). Probably the only place I would want to attend the company Christmas party.

      The larger company seems to do alright in other branches.

      Cons

      Shockingly backwards and out-of-touch middle management with 80s management style (in Germany). Closed corporate culture without much room for innovation or improvements.
