- Keine Möglichkeit für die Karriere. Karriere können nur Leute machen, die immer gleicher Meinung des Managements sind oder sehr oft auch mit Vitamin B. Performance spielt scheinbar keine Rolle. - Keine Lohnerhöhung trotz guter Performance. - Sehr starre und auf veraltete Werte setzende Kultur. - Diversität und Inklusion wird gerne angepriesen, aber nicht gelebt. - Dem Middle Management/Vorgesetzen ist scheinbar alles egal und verhalten sich knausrig. - Work Life Balance ist nicht schlecht. Allerdings werden faule Vorgesetzte nicht betraft.
