There are so many to list. Old school "family" run company. Still does business, including treatment of employees like it's the 70s, computer system is still from that era. Buzzards tells when you can take a break, take lunch and go home. Old sweatshop factory style. Benefits, including medical are so bad they may as well not even have them. Need to see a specialist? Hundreds out of pocket just for a consultation. Zero room for growth, maybe a few lateral moves after 5 plus years, but that's all you can hope for. The people who have been here for a long time started right after high school and dont know any better. They have also been in the same position for 20 plus years. CEO has been over heard saying all the people in Reno are stupid. If you say hi to him he will look the other way, and you can see the look of disgust that he has to share the same air as you. You are constantly looking over your shoulder, if you say the wrong thing or make certain mad, you will be fired. I have seen important people in key positions get fired because they didn't get along with the CEO or one of his little minions that have way more power than their title allows. There is a constant haze in some of the buildings during winter, no ventilation so you wonder what it is your breathing. This is not a happy environment, you are constantly look down upon and refused even a tiny advancement despite your experience and schooling. They like to control every aspect of you. Dont put yourself though the hell that is Hamilton
