Decent pay co workers were helpful and nice

Cons

Management/supervisor unprofessional, run in the cliques . We'll show if they don't like you and try to lie on you to get you fired. Claim to be about production but will let go people who can run machines while keeping those who can barely pull they're own weight around

You can listen to music while working in some circumstances Healthcare is pretty good Schedule is consistent You can keep to yourself or be social

Cons

The pay, $18/hr starting as a direct hire, is not that great. I do not know what temps make. You would not be able to rent a one bedroom apartment in Reno/Sparks by yourself with the wage they offer. It seems like it would be extremely difficult to be promoted within the company.
