      Good pay and decent benefits Good coworkers

      Cons

      No work from home flexibility even during covid Directors/managers will yell at employees for things like slightly moving a desk Everyone is terrified of the CEO, Steve Hamilton, as he is know to fire people he does not like Disconnect between and within departments Poor air quality, old buildings have structural issues which may be in violation of OSHA standards and EHS department chooses to ignore these issues Overall very stressful work environment, software and information management systems extremely outdated, employees are pushed to do multiple positions due to understaffing, company cannot hire any real talent due to nonflexible work schedule and poor work life balance.

      Very strict work schedule- not expected to work from home

      Cons

      The option of working from home is provided to a select few employees, but most are told it is not an option (even when working from home is easily feasible and would allow flexibility to deal with family sickness).

      Cons

      The Reno division is an Archaic Company with severe management issues. Don’t look for this division to change anytime soon.
