Great people that take pride in their work. Room for advancement if you work hard and achieve. Products that help people make scientific discoveries that improve human health. Private company that is a steady grower, with an owner that is willing to reinvest in the business to get the best technology and people.

Cons

7 AM start for all employees. Non-competitive benefits. Old school top down management approach.
