      Pros

      There's a great Family and Team environment. You feel like you get to be part of a special, truly vertically integrated tech company. Company is growing rapidly.

      Cons

      Disgruntled former employees write a lot of negative reviews. Big babies. The company grows faster when they leave.

      Pros

      Hamilton is a great company that makes great products. Employees and management genuinely care about finding solutions for our customers because they are out there improving medicine and advancing science. There is never a shortage of technically challenging problems to solve to make this possible.

      Cons

      Some of the company policies are "old school". It's not always a bad thing but sometimes some flexibility in things like work schedule would be nice.
