      Pros

      There's a great Family and Team environment. You feel like you get to be part of a special, truly vertically integrated tech company. Company is growing rapidly.

      Cons

      Disgruntled former employees write a lot of negative reviews. Big babies. The company grows faster when they leave.

      There are always lots and lots of job openings

      This is a perfect example of how a company that was at one time a market leader can trash itself because of of bad management. The company is still financially sound but interest in new product development has stopped. The Reno facility is a black hole.
