In India, No work culture. No training or educational growth Not allowing to implement the talent if any employee having . Company believes on outsider/Third party rather than to believe on their own employee. Lots of internal politics. Insecurity

Pay rises are difficult to achieve. HQ make field decisions without consulting field teams. HQ make plans and don’t seem to change then from the initial strategy even it is obviously causing a lot of issues
