You are provided the opportunity to grow professionally within the company. The company also provides educational assistance to help in your career growth. Privately held company so I don't have to worry about the company being sold and my position downsized. Technologically advanced company in development of products. Health benefits with vision and retirement savings matching.

Cons

I have experienced very few. Some bad managers but they were weeded out and things moved Along good again.
