You start as a temp with the “promise” of converting to full-time/permanent status after 90 days. 15 months later, you’re still a temp along with dozens of others who were sold on a lie. They lost the ventilator contract because of the thousands of ventilators that were poorly assembled, causing massive production delays and output. The poor quality was a result of the quality of people hired to do the job. MBA’s working for $17/hr were working alongside recovering alcoholics/drug addicts who were making $16.50/hr and who were constantly having health issues throughout the day - which impacted production output and quality.
