      Good benefits package except very restrctivd indurancd pay is fair .. a lot of staff turnover occurs.

      Cons

      Understaffed chronically. Never have extrs workers for other departments. When they a e vundstaffed. Rarely allowed to tak vacation days and ending up losing if vacation because they could not use it

      - Managers are very supportive in getting projects completed - Open door policy for a lot of upper management - A lot of collaboration among departments

      Cons

      - Onboarding is not great, not much other than basic training - Has a small company feel, will do way more than what is in the job description
