      Great solutions for employers looking to hire interns and co-ops.

      Cons

      -The amount of work that needs to be done to close a $50k deal is the same as closing a 7-figure deal elsewhere. -Impatient leadership -Conflicting direction given by leadership -All sales people were told that they should be stressed, rather than highlight the challenges and provide guidance

      Great mission, compensation and benefits

      The GTM team needs a lot of work. The sales team consistently overforecasts and underdelivers (by millions) each quarter. This leads to a handful of terminations at the beginning of each quarter, but the behavior doesn't change. The revops team is a mess, and almost every commission check is incorrect, and they've gone so far as to take clawbacks from reps for mistakes they made. Customer retention is going in the wrong direction as budget and competitors are coming into play. Across the company there is a lot of favoritism for the legacy employees, and they are prematurely promoted into senior roles.

      You’ll learn a lot- especially how to navigate an incredibly toxic culture. Anywhere you work after this will feel like Nirvana.

      Cons

      This place has the most abusive and toxic culture imaginable. Another review mentions having nightmares after leaving this place— I’d have to agree. I’ve hesitated writing this review for some time because it also has a culture of retaliation. Do whatever you can to stay away and join a different company.
