Not what it was

Pros

A lot of the people who have been there for a while are great hard workers, but the culture has changed drastically over the years.

Cons

Leadership, poor management, lack of career growth because all they worry about are deliverables and not the people who work there. Poor management gets rewarded even after HR fiascos as long as they are pushing for high output over quality. The company used to value empathy and the people who worked there, but over time the people who practiced that have left.

Pros

Good pay and benefits for an startup

Cons

Workload is insanely huge and they expect you to work all the time and over the weekends. They do a 9-9-6 schedule and people goes to the office even saturdays and sundays.

Pros

Great peers and managers to work with. A lot of tech savvy people. Insurance is pretty good,

Cons

The mission has changed in a bad way. It used to be 'democratizing opportunities', but they implemented AI in their feature without considering the impact on students attending smaller schools.
