Pros

Coworkers and patients. Hands down. A great field.

Cons

Pay your people! Young clinicians leave immediately to work for competition and be paid appropriately. Invest in your staff, reward the ones that are good. This doesn't happen. No raises for anyone company wide For over a year now. 401ks match will now be annual and depend on how "we did that year" this is pathetic. Clinical decisions are taking from the hands of the practitioners and put into non clinical hands to be decided. The patient is considered last.

Pros

Great benefits, in early leave early work hours

Cons

Closed door policy management style, belittle employees, extremely poor to no training available ---this applies to the Phoenix Revenue Cycle Facility only, not the Corporate location in Austin, TX.

Pros

Great staff and committed employees in most positions.

Cons

Terrible leadership from CFO to CIO. Politics are more important than doing what's best for the firm and it's customers. Company was delisted from NYSE due to poor financial management.
