CHRO was hired despite the objections of many. She manages by fear and intimidation. She seems to have the CEO completely fooled.

Hanger is making great progress in forming and shaping the O & P industry. Some great leaders and folks in the field.

Cons

The new CHRO is wrong for Hanger. Her demeanor is one of intimidation vs. collaboration and growth. The CEO needs to listen to his staff in making top hiring decisions. Hanger will survive in-spite of the new CHRO but just think of how much progress could be made with a true servant leader.
